Lynn is a solo acoustic artist who blends the warmth of timeless country greats with a crowd-pleasing mix of feel-good favourites, together with her heartfelt honest originals.

With stripped-back guitar and mellow country vibe, Lynn's goal is to connect with her audience and build an atmosphere that gets everyone singing along, enlightening the audience with the passion she feels when she sings.

Lynn's Bio

Lynn grew up in a home filled with music - from rock 'n' roll and soul to classical and country, with country music being her biggest influence.

Lynn's parents' eclectic love of music shaped hers, listening to the sounds of Dolly Parton, Patsy Cline, Elkie Brooks and Elvis resounding around the family home.

She discovered from early on that music is a universal language - something that connects us all. She now also shares the same love of country music with her husband and takes more of her influences from the likes of Shania Twain, LeAnn Rimes, Sheryl Crow and Luke Combs, and her soul/R&B from Etta James and Norah Jones.

Now, as a solo artist, she wants to share her joy of music, to bring you the same connection and inspiration that music has always given her.

What sort of music do you perform?

Lynn's eclectic interest in music enables her to have a wide varied selection of upbeat or chilled songs to suit any venue, from a cocktail bar to an evening party.
From Country, R&B, Soul to crowd pleasers, from 1950's to present day, she endeavours to get the audience to interact in a subtle way.
In every performance, Lynn also includes an injection of her own originals, that depict love and trials of life that connects emotionally with the audience.

How long are your performances?

It depends on the venue.
A typical performance would be a 2 hour set, with a 15 minute break midway, but can do longer or shorter, especially for private functions and corporate events.

Can you provide your own equipment?

Yes, I use professional sound equipment and ambient stage lighting.

How much time do you need to set up?

Generally around an hour before, and if feasible, I will check out the venue with a pre-visit if local, but if you wish I'm more than happy to chat via messenger, What's App or a phone call.

Do you use "backing tracks"?

I can perform an acoustic only set, with my semi-acoustic guitar, and/or digital piano and for livelier gigs I can accompany myself with drum & bass backing tracks for some songs, or do a mix of acoustic and singing to backing tracks. My backing tracks are licensed and professional.

How much do you charge?

There are a few variations, depending on the type of venue, distance, song and gig requests. Please contact me for more information from my contact page.
